Our Background

Like most management consulting practices, we use our experience from before we were consultants and from our engagement as consultants to provide advice and solutions. What makes us different is that for over 15 years, we not only have provided advice to companies – we have been part of delivering that advice to help our customers reach their goals. We have done this through business process outsourcing, project ownership, and specific roles in projects and staff augmentation.
